Executive Chef Jay Totman
Chef Totman is a graduate of The Philadelphia Restaurant School at Walnut
Hill College. His culinary career has led him around the Delaware Valley
for the past 13 years. He has worked at such major hotel restaurants
and banquet facilities as the Radisson Hotel, the Embassy Suites, the Holiday
Inn and Bensalem Beef Company. Jay has also work for such hospitality
giants as the Marriot Corporation and The Hilton Corporation.
Having many future executive chefs train under him, he has strong leadership
skills which are evident by the sharing of knowledge and ideas in the kitchen. Jay
has implemented many theme and menu changes over the years. He has also assisted
in the opening and operation of some more quaint restaurants, the last one
being the award winning State Street Grille in Kennett Square.
Chef Totman is now employed as the Sales Manager at Natural Dairy Products. His
love of working with people first and food second has laid a solid foundation
in his new career. Enjoy some of his recipes which utilize only the freshest
ingredients and the best tasting and healthiest grass-fed dairy available.
